Responsibilities

• Manage IT technologies, developing and establishing IT infrastructure standards and procedures,

  管理IT 技术，开发和建立IT基础设施标准和流程；

• Work with project teams to analysis, design, deployment, operations of IT software and hardware systems and develop in-house application to supporting the business.

  与项目团队分析，设计，部署和运行IT软件和硬件设施，开发内部应用程序来支持业务；

• Implement and support for office enterprise network, Wi-Fi, WAN, WAN acceleration, VPN & Internet.

  部署和支持运行办公网络/Wi-Fi/WAN/WAN加速/VPN&互联网；

• Overall data centre implementation & operations for server function

  负责整个数据中心的部署和服务器功能的操作；

• Work with national/regional team to develop and implement IT infrastructure/application standards, procedures or related projects

  与全国/地区团队合作开发和实施IT基础设施/应用标准流程或完成于此相关的项目；

• Ensure incidents are managed appropriately and handled in expected timeframes

  确保突发事件得到妥善处理，并在预期内完成。

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, with a major in IT or other relevant disciplines.

  本科以上学历，信息技术及相关专业；

• 3+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure field with at least 2 years’ experience in supporting for office enterprise network, Wi-Fi, WAN, VPN & Internet.

  3年以上IT基础设施相关经验，其中至少两年办公企业网络/Wi-Fi/WAN/VPN&互联网支持经验；

• Good knowledge with Cisco networking technology, Firewall technology, CCNA or CCNP certificate are preferred.

  具备思科网络技术/防火墙技术/CCNA或CCNP者优先；

• Good Knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms, SQL, Azure and other cloud technology will be an advantage, RHCSA or RHCE certificate are preferred.

  熟悉Microsoft Windows /Linux platforms, SQL, Azure 和其他云技术者优先，有RHCSA 或RHCE证书者优先；

• Familiar with HP/Dell server and storage.

  熟悉HP/Dell服务器和存储器；

• Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments will be an advantage.

  能够在虚拟化环境中使用Linux服务器者优先；

• Programming Skills with Microsoft Powershell and other Web based tools and database are preferred.

  能够使用Microsoft Powershell和其他基于Web的工具和数据库编程者优先；

• Strong desire to develop and follow standards and procedures.

  具有强烈的开发和遵循程序的意愿；

• Fluency in written and oral English is required.

  具备流利的英语书写和听说能力。
