岗位职责JD：

1, 为公司内部提供计算机软硬件的安装、配置、升级、运行维护等技术支持服务；

Provide technical support on computer hardware /software (eg, installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance)

2, 负责内部办公网络、弱电基础设施、办公设备的日常巡检维护、故障处理及性能调优；

Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning of network and office equipment (eg, LAN, workstation, printer or other OA machine, phone etc…)

3, 有一定服务器系统运维经验, 根据IT安全管理规定做好用户账号分配及权限管理、机房管理，确保信息系统的安全。

Enable to maintain servers, users permission allocation and information security management as per group IT policy.

4, 提供必要的用户培训和沟通确保IT安全策略在客户端正确实施；

Provide user training and communication to ensure correct IT security strategy on the client side to be implemented.

5, 管理和盘点IT资产; 按照相关采购程序要求，完成IT相关设备的采购、验收、及安装调试工作。

IT asset management; Purchasing procedures are in accordance with the relevant requirements, the completion of IT related equipment procurement, acceptance, and installation debugging.

6, 负责技术文档的编写及改进，以及各类解决方案的整合归档及分享。

Responsible for the writing of the technical documentation and improvement, and various solutions of the integration of filing and share.

7, 根据数据备份管理规定做好重点服务器和网络关键设备的相关防灾、备份工作，减少数据丢失及停机风险。

Ensure backup and provision management done in time to prevent disaster on key server/equipment, net work and database, reduce the risk of data loss and downtime.

岗位要求requirement:

1, 计算机相关专业毕业.

Major in computer/network or related

2, 熟练掌握计算机硬件维护、常规网络系统维护，掌握交换机、路由器、防火墙等网络设备的配置，能够独立建设网络系统；

Master computer hardware maintenance, routine network system maintenance, control switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment configuration, construction of network system independently;

3, 极强的动手能力，对产品、设备、系统能进行测试、安装、调试

Strong hands-on ability, can test of products, equipment, systems, installation and debugging

4, 具有三年以上网络维护、信息管理等相关工作经验；

With three years of network maintenance, information management or other related work experience;

5, 做事情严谨，有强烈的责任感和高效执行力，团队协作能力强，能承受较强的工作压力；

Do things rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and high efficient execution, team cooperation ability is strong, can work under strong pressure;

6, 熟悉ERP系统或熟练使用一门编程语言者优先考虑

Familiar with ERP system or good at programming is preferred

7, 英语有一定要求（能读写英文邮件，简单口语）

Able to read and write English E-mail, can speak English.

8, 有极强的安全意识，对数据安全敏感和高度警惕

Strong sense of safety and data security.
