任职要求：

大专及以上学历，理工科背景优先；

有一定的英文写作能力；

有三年以上相关实验室测试或可靠性测试经验。

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Plan and execute the reliability tests, analyze the failures and track the corrective actions. Lab and facilities maintenance. Test and analyze the returns from China market and recommend the improvement actions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the test plan and complete the tests according to the test request from supervisor or other colleagues;

• Record the test data, analyze the failures, report the test results, verify the results of the corrective actions developed by related departments;

• Coordinate the test plan and follow up the tests when the tests are arranged at different places (such as at 3rd lab and factory sides;

• Lab and facilities maintenance, keep the lab and facilities at the good condition;

• Plan and calibrate RSC instruments;

• Take initiative in researching the best practice and new technology/equipment to improve the tests;

• Lab capacity forecast on the regular basis, send the alert to supervisor in advance in case the resource cannot satisfy the test demanding;

• Keep eying on international standard version changes and make sure RSC internal standards meet or exceed latest international standard, i.e. Europe IEC, US UL, Germany VDE, China GB, etc.

• Store and maintain all kind of records/reports;

• Manage testing the returns from China market and recommend improvement actions

• Any other jobs assigned by supervisor.

SPECIFI CATIONS:

• Junior college or above; major in electronic/mechanical engineering or material science is preferred.

• At least 3 years related experience, including experience in lab test;

• Skillful in operating all the related testing equipment;

• Ability in MSA is preferred

• Skillful in Microsoft Office Software,

• Fluent in Mandarin and

• Ability in reporting in English;

• Willing to work with pressure and over time.
