职位描述/Position Description：

Conduct daily management and control the quality of performance of the DS Call Center.

对呼叫中心进行日常管理并且对呼叫中心的工作质量进行控制。

主要职责/Major Responsibilities :

1. Establish effective coordination between the DS Call Center and DS

在呼叫中心和DS品牌之间建立有效的协调机制。

• Serve as the central point of contact between DS brand and the agency running the call center, organize regular communication meetings.

作为DS品牌和供应商之间的联络点，定期进行会议沟通。

• Implement and steer events and campaigns through call center as required by the DS brand.

根据DS品牌运营的需要，通过呼叫中心实施和导入各类营销活动。

2. Manage CRM Processes and Activities

管理CRM相关流程和活动

• Ensure compliance with DS Call center processes.

确保呼叫中心依照流程开展活动

• Make sure that the scripts are updated and meet the requirements of DS.

确保呼叫中心的话术及时得到更新并满足DS的要求。

• Manage the customer database through the agency, analyze customer information and share the result with other DS department.

管理呼叫中心数据库中的客户信息并进行分析，并和公司内部分享这些信息。

• Manage customer complaints sent by call center, implement and monitor the DS complaint process ; ensure their follow-ups .

管理呼叫中心的提交的投诉，实施并监控DS的投诉流程，确保投诉及时跟进。

3. Steering of Resource Planning and Deployment

计划和开发资源

• Organize trainings for Call Center trainer when required

为呼叫中心组织必要的培训

• Conduct resource planning and deployment through the agency (space, facilities, personnel) and optimize when appropriate

对呼叫中心的资源进行计划，并适时对对场地、设施和人员等资源进行优化。

4. Commercials

商务事宜

• Volume and budget planning

对呼叫量和预算做出计划

• Contract setup and management

签订和管理合同

• Confirm invoicing and payment release issue

与采购部、财务部协作确认发票和付款事宜

5.Carry out Performance Evaluation and action plan for improvements

对呼叫中心进行绩效考评并制定改善对策。

• Check relevant management data of Call center agency and verify compliance with KPIs

查询呼叫中心的相关管理数据并确保与设定的KPI相符

• Plan and organize call center quality audits through mystery shopping calls and other measures.

通过神秘客户测试等方式策划并组织呼叫中心质量审计

• Implement action plan to ensure continuous improvement of processes and quality of operations

通过实施行动计划确保呼叫中心流程和质量的持续改进

任职条件/Qualifications:

1. Skills –general skills, personality traits

· Excellent customer orientation 客户导向型

· With strong teamwork spirit 团队意识

· Good analytical skills 较好的分析能力

· Quick learning ability快速学习能力

· Strong sense of responsibility 强烈的责任感

· Result oriented ,with strong problem solving skills 结果导向，较强的问题结局能力

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 熟练操作Office软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral 中英文流利，可听说读写

2. Experience and education

· Bachelor or above in business, economics, or related majors 本科及以上学历，管理学、经济学或其它相关专业

· 2-4 years relevant working experience in auto industry 2-4年汽车行业相关工作经验

· Preferably in auto industry with customer care experience; call center provider experience would be an advantage具有汽车行业客户关怀相关经验或呼叫中心经验者优先
