Job Duty/工作职责：

  

1. To designing and developing new/upgrade equipment production for manufacture in China operations, generate accurate Bill of Material (BOM) and Production drawings as required for purchasing and production.  设计和开发/升级中国工厂所生产的设备，制作准确的材料清单（BOM）和生产图纸。
2. Assist on Working Instruction development, translation (bilingual) and maintenance. Detail information input into Bill of Material for use as reference list for related vendor and technical information gather from standard part manufacturer.协助工作指导书的制作，翻译（双语）和维护。将产品详细技术信息输入材料清单，为采购及生产提供技术指导。
3. Provide interface among OKI Headquarters, OKI China and Local sub-contractors to convey necessary technical information to ensure product specifications are achieve. At the same time developing suitable manufacturing processes and methods to improve production yield and cycle time. 为OKI中国与总部及当地合作商提供所需技术信息息，确保达到相关技术规格要求。同时开发合适的生产工艺和方法，提高产品的产量和生产周期。
4. Participate in newly developed parts/modules assembly/components quality testing and evaluation. Prepare, co-ordinate and manage of new/existing machines drawings between OKI HQ and China.参与新开发的零件/模块装配/部件质量测试和评估。准备，协调和管理新/现有的机器图纸OKI总部和中国之间的同步。
5. Co-ordinate with production and local supplier for various product documentation/manual preparations and ensure with latest updated copy always. Assist in managing & ensure supplier with a latest version of ECN and being implement in time与生产和当地供应商协调产品文件/手册的准备工作，并确保最新版本的同步。协助管理和确保与供应商之间的同步。
6.  To trouble shoot if any production technical issue when required. Design jig & fixture for line efficiency, product quality & safety working condition improvement. 解决生产中遇到的技术问题，设计夹治具，提高生产效率，产品质量和不断改善安全生产环境。

  

 

  

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/工作经验要求：

  

 Must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience of engineering field and with 2 years exposure and practical experience in Mechanical Designing, Production/Process/Test Engineering or related disciplines. 必须具有至少3年工程领域的经验，并有2年的机械设计、生产/工艺/测试工程或相关专业的实践经验。

  

 

  

SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：

  

1.  Excellent Solid works skill. 优秀的SolidWorks的技能。
2.  Sound knowledge in sheet metal tooling, plastic mold and die cast mold.良好的钣金模具、塑料模具和压铸模具知识。
3. Sound knowledge in common metal work surface finishing and treatment, such as anodizing / zinc plating and hardening, etc.有一般金属加工表面处理和电镀、电镀、硬化等方面的知识。
4.  Capable of interpreting engineering drawing and specification as required (English & Mandarin), including knowledge in geometry tolerance and symbol understanding. ·能够根据要求解释工程图纸和规格（包括英语和普通话），包括几何公差和符号理解方面的知识。
5.  Excellent computer skill to include working knowledge of Word Processing, Excel spreadsheet, Power Point presentation and related application.优秀的计算机操作能力，包括文字处理、excel电子表格、电源显示及相关应用方面的工作知识。
6. Experience of working in MNC environment or with English speaking personnel.有在跨国公司工作或英语口语工作的经验。

 Bachelor of Engineering Degree, major in Mechanical / Megatronic or equivalent.
