主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

• 规划内物流模式，协调与控制生产现场的物流活动，包括面积、人头数、MIFA、物料流、布局，组织、并维护相关数据,保证物料按照生产计划要求顺利上线

Design the internal logistic, including surface/headcount/ MIFA/flow/layout/delivery loop, to make sure delivery material to the production line smoothly according to the production schedule.

• 负责新项目投产前的投资预算与规划，支持项目新车型投产，确保物料供给

Responsible for the budget plan for new project, support the project and organize the material supply

• 负责设计物流设备,制定采购技术要求（叉车，牵引车，AGV，KITTING ，排序容器，料架）;

提出零件包装容器的使用要求，设计以及确认。

Responsible for logistic equipment design, and offer the purchasing requirement, validate the package.

• 配合相关工作部门完成工程变更、工艺变更、生产线的改造等工作

Cooperate with other team to apply the ECR, process change and mainline changes.

• 管理并支持第三方物流日常的业务，分析并解决问题

Lead and support routine work of 3PL supplier, analyze and solve daily problems

• 制定和维护厂内物流相关的各种管理制度和文件，日常操作的作业标准，并定期检查考核第三方物流执行情况

Compiling and maintenance internal logistics related management systems and files, WIS, and validate 3PL daily work

• 进行物流成本、质量以及库存的管理和控制，制定并执行与物流成本、质量以及减少库存等相关的持续改善活动

Manage logistics cost, quality and inventory，Establish and implement a continuous improvement action plan of logistics cost, quality and inventory reduction

• 物料操控相关IT系统日常使用及维护升级，确定新系统硬软件开发需求、中期实施、后期维护

Maintain and update MH related IT system, and responsible for apply new system.

• 负责物料操控人员培训计划制定，协调培训资源，确保培训达到设定效果

Responsible for compiling training plan, cooperating training resource to ensure to reach the goal

任职要求/ Qualifications：

• 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

• 具有相关物流知识和实践经验的人员（具有普通驾照、叉车驾照等人员优先）

With logistics related knowledge and practical experience (priority is given to those who have got driving licenses, forklift driving licenses, etc.)

• 具有自我制定并执行挑战更高目标的活动方案的能力

The ability of making and implementing action plan that challenges higher goal

• 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力

　 With good communication skill and team cooperation ability

• 熟练的计算机操作技能

Good computer application skills

• 具有英语能力—四级以上

English skills required---CET4
