Responsibilities:

1.Work together with the Project Manager, Project Team to provide project deliverables in the areas of system configuration, EDI and BI/reports (Cognos)；

2.Provide IT application configuration and support for APAC organization；

3.Configure the system to satisfy the requirement specification；

4.Manage system configuration, trouble shoot and resolve configuration issues；

5.Assist in the implementation for local and regional projects；

6.Perform system configuration, quality assurance and release testing.

7.Create and update EDI specifications, coordinate to establish EDI connectivity and troubleshoot EDI interfaces.

8.Check, monitor and resolve any reported system issues and EDI failures.

9.To monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

10.Provide training to end users on IT solution.

11.Create new reports specification, reports as need for the project.

Requirements:

1.University degree, specialization in IT, Logistic IT or Supply Chain IT preferred ；

2.Good IT analysis, trouble shooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks；

3.Motivated, organised and can work under pressure with tight deadlines；

4.Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience；

5.Ability to go into details of issues or requirements；

6.Flexibility to support occasional migration or setup activities；

7.Exposed to configuration tools, databases, EDI, BI tools is an added advantage. (not required for internal applicants as training will be provided)；

8.Able to work well in a team and have good analytical skills; flexible and adaptable to technology changes；

9.Fluent in business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin；

10.Good English speaking is highly preferred.
