In this newly created position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all people development initiatives within the organization. Specifically this will involve strengthening the talent development pipeline, succession planning, leadership development as well as talent review. You will be supported by a team in this challengin role. In addition, you will make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance. Work closely with the head of HR to help build up strategic talent capability to support the growing business across the region.

Ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and have a minimum of 8 years experience within L&D and OD. Experience gained from sizable manufacturing company is preferred. Fluency in English is advantageous.
