一、职位描述 Position Description

1.1 负责管理薪资福利相关的日常工作，参与公司薪资福利项目的计划和实施 Responsible for the total management of daily C&B work, take part in the C&B related programs' planning and execution

1.2 员工考勤数据维护Supervise attendance data

1.3 薪资计算payroll administration

1.4 员工社保及住房公积金的操作管理 Operation and management of social insurance and housing fund

1.5 执行公司员工福利体系及绩效考核体系Develop/Maintain a competitive benefits system in the company and performance evaluation system, provide improvement advice

1.6 协助国际支持雇员的日常考勤、休假等方面的工作管理 Supervise the international support employee management regarding the timekeeping and leave.

1.7 建立并维护员工薪酬档案 Develop/Maintain Employees’ compensation files

1.8 按照审计要求准确、及时完成工作 Finish the work in a correct and timely manner according to the requirements of the procedure

二、任职资格Qualification

2.1 熟悉劳动法及地方法律法规 Be familiar with labor law and regulation

2.2 3-5年人力资源从业经验，其中至少2年以上合资企业薪酬福利工作经验 3 to 5 years Human Resources experience, of which at least 2 years of C&B experience in joint venture company

2.3 良好的数据分析处理能力 Good statistics analysis ability

2.4 良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力及，工作细心、认真负责 Quick learning, communication, coordination skills, attentive and sense of responsibility

长安标致雪铁龙汽车有限公司，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国标致雪铁龙汽车股份有限公司共同组建，双方于2010年7月9日在中国和法国政府高层领导共同见证下在法国巴黎正式签署了组建合资企业的协议，注册资本为40亿人民币。
