Job scope:

Primary objective of this role will be to provide smooth and efficient administrative support to Dragonmart main office Located in Qatar including multiple roles of administrator, cashier, etc.

Acting as cashier:

- Cash and bank transaction management, ensure cash balance is reconciled with cash on hand and do bank reconciliation.

- Be responsible for supplier payment, staff reimbursement and capital account FX settlement, ensure all payment and expense claim following accounting regulation and company’s policy.

- All accounting vouchers and payment documents archive and filing properly.

- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance&admin manager.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in Accounting, Administration, English or Arabic or related.

- 2 years above cashier work experience in Foreign Company.

- Executive assistant experience is preferred but not a must.

- Fluent oral and written English.

- Be skillful in office software with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Good time management, and work planning and prioritizing ability.
