工作职责:
Support HR Manager on Workforce Planning, Headcount Management, Headcount Requisition Approval management and it’s communication.
Provide advice and guidance to business leaders in assigned positions/organizations in all recruitment processes.
Develop and manage sourcing channels including search agency, external/internal referral, internet, advertisement and website etc., provide advise /suggestion to HR Manager on efficient and effective sourcing resources management
Identify and implement best hiring and sourcing practice to increase the quality of new hires with reduction of cycle time and cost.
Conduct job understanding meeting with the business leaders to understand the job responsibilities and competencies requirement of the open positions
Source and identify candidates for open positions through a variety of methods, such as third party sourcing, internet sourcing, internal posting responses, internal transfers, employee referrals, employment advertisements.
Screen resumes, conduct telephone or face to face interviews and complete the candidate assessment report based on the evaluations.
Present the shortlist candidate to the HR manager and business leaders with the assessment report and facilitate the interview with the necessary interview tools and skills.
Work with HR Manager based on the up-to-date compensation study of the candidate and communicate with targeted candidate on offer delivery and commitment.
Set up the staffing tracking and reporting system, including but not limited:
? set up and effective manage candidates database/Talent Pool
? hiring status report
? hiring performance report
Work with HR Manager regularly review and polish the talent acquisition related processes to ensure it’s efficient & legal compliance, promote and implement internal talent movement.

任职资格:
Minimum 5 years’ HR experiences in multi-national company, strong internal customer mindset such as service industry background.
Excellent in both English and Chinese.
Good interpersonal skill and project management skills.
Proven exceptional communication skills
