Principal Job Responsibilities:

  

1. According to the requirements and personnel recruitment plan, meet the demand of recruitment timely

2. Effective management and use of all kinds of recruitment channels, whether in China and overseas

3. Execute recruitment, selection, interview, selection and position work

4. To establish and improve all kinds of talent assessment pool

5. Recruitment cost control and management

6. Recruitment data analysis and report

7. Other assigned work by manager

   
   

   Qualifications and Experiences:

                  

1. Bachelor degree, major in human resources management or English

2. 5 years or above related working experience in human resources, at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment work in internet field or E-Commerce field

3. Familiar with candidate screening, interview method, assessment tools

4. Familiar with the development and effective use of various kinds of recruitment channels

5. Strong logical thinking ability, strong communication and presentation skills

6. Open-minded, detail-oriented, strong ownership, can bear high work pressure

7. Skilled in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
