深圳招聘

1、 负责公司人力资源工作的规划，建立、执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度；
2、 负责办理入职手续，负责人事档案的管理、保管、用工合同的签订及续签；
3、 建立并及时更新员工档案，做好年度/月度人员异动统计（包括离职、入职、晋升、调动、降职等）
4、 对试用期员工进行培训及考核<？xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><®xml:namespace prefix="o">

5、做好员工考勤统计工作，考勤汇总及工资核算；
6、负责公司员工五险一金的办理；
7、配合其他部门做好员工思想工作，受理并及时解决员工投诉和劳动争议事宜；
8、其他突发事件处理和领导交办的工作。

9、负责公司员工的居住登记

职位要求：

1、人力资源管理、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历；
2、从事人力资源工作2年以上，具备hr专业知识；
3、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强；
4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件；
5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
6、吃苦耐劳，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
7、有强烈的责任感和敬业精神，公平公正、做事严谨，能承受较大的工作压力。
