Overall Responsibilities:

1.Generate and release POs to support engineer/puality/production department demand.

2.Maintain supplier basic information including price in system.

3.Check/Verify monthly statement from supoliers.

4.Check/Verify VAT invoice from suppliers.

5.VAT invoice record and reconciliation.

6.Vendor payment requistion:documentation prepare&collection.

7.Weekly cash flow update accuiately and timely.

8.reporting

9.Proactive work ethics.

10.Partner with internal departments on needs and requirements.

11.Following ISO processes.

12.Other tasks as assigned.

13.Complises with company rules and regulationgs as outlined in the employee handbook,which may be amended or replaced from time to time.

14.Carry out other duties from General Manager.

Oualification:

1.Excellent verbal and written communicatiion skills.

2.Able to ineract with all levels of employees ,management,external and internal customers.

3.Organizational and planning skills,including ability to:prioritize work,handle multiple tasks simultaneously,set personal goals and enforce personal deadlines,while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals.

4.Analytical,reasoning and problem solving skills.

5.Ability to maintain accuiate and detailed records.

6.Computer literacy.
