职位描述
主要工作职责：负责空压机产品销售和代理商管理工作。
1、按直销和分销模式开展销售工作；
2、对于部门的销售预测以及物料准备计划要负责指导配合；对于特殊机型以及相关销售领域的报备管理负责。
3、支持和协助分管区域内代理商的销售工作；提供并安排销售技能培训，并提供相应技术宣传资料；
4、定期在代理商公司召开销售人员研讨会；陪同代理商的新聘销售人员共同走访客户，帮助其尽快熟悉业务，共同争取订单，并向代理商提供客户信息及竞争对手动态资料；
5、在现有代理商没有被指定经营的地区内发展新的代理商；评估新代理商以找出最适合公司的区域代理；
6、收集市场信息，包括竞争对手信息、市场形势信息及市场对公司产品的反应等；
任职资格要求：
1、大学专科或以上学历，机械相关专业；
2、五年以上空压机渠道销售经验，熟练掌握空压机产品结构原理及行业标准，了解空压机行业概况；
3、沟通协调能力良好；
4、持C级以上有效驾照。
