Responsibilities

1 Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Partners

2 Handle business correspondence, expenses claims, diary and events management

3 Screen and answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner

4 Prepare reports, minutes, file notes and faxes

5 Organize travel arrangement and business functions Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials

Experience

1 A diploma or above with formal secretarial training and a minimum of three years' relevant experience

2 A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff

3 Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

4 Good command of English, a knowledge of Cantonese is a advantage
