工作职责：

1.负责中央空调、精密空调、AHU空调风柜、送排风机等设备运行、维护、保养、维修工作。

2 按指定巡检路线进行设施、设备巡检、预发现设备故障或者发现设备故障，正确关闭或者切换设备等；

3.参与计划性的空调通风设备的预防性维护工作，负责空调机房的室内清洁和5S工作；

4.定时更换设备易耗物料；

5.完成现场主管或者工程师交办的其他工作；

任职资格：

1、27-45岁，中专以上学历，空调。暖通、排水及相关专业毕业；

2、有空调操作证；

3、具备专业知识和经验，动手能力强；

4、会基本的办公软件操作；

5、2年以上工作经验；
