Job Scope:

1. Lead whole accounting team

1.1 Review all the accounting ledger posted by accountants

1.2 Coach and engage in discussion with team members for daily work and issues

1.3 Provide accounting expertise for special or new business transactions

1.4 Review sales/BD KPI calculation draft prepared by AR accountants

2. Monthly closing and Reporting

2.1 Lead monthly closing and push the progress according to closing time table

2.2 Consolidating report

2.3 Ad hoc data/analysis reports providing

3. Review business contracts

3.1 Review sales and purchase contracts using standard business terms

3.2 Engage in business discussion or provide feedbacks to business and legal team from finance perspective

4. Compliance control

4.1 Ensure the accounting team follow the pre-set processes and authorization

4.2 Feedback and require instruction from CFO for issues or exceptional cases noted

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree

2. 5 years or above working experience with expertise in consolidation and accounting

3. Solid accounting knowledge for TMT industry and familiar with digital advertising.

4. Have good commercial sense

5. Able to adapt to changeable business environment and can work under pressure

6. Strong sense of ownership

7. Have 4 years’ experience in Big 4 firm and at least 1 year in corporate.
