For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(CV)PCBA Test Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

-Specification and development of manufacturing test systems and fixtures for functional test of PCBAs according to test specification

-Specification, development and validation of test software for control of test systems and test adapters for mass production

-Documentation, validation and approval of product tests according medical regulations

-Analysis of root causes for faulty parts and returned goods and feedback to production and quality engineers

-Support of running mass production test platform and test adapters

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Communication, Automatic, electrical and computer engineering background, Bachelor degree and above.

-Good experience in production test platform development(FCT, ICT, PXI-Medium, Boundary Scan) or R&D of electronics design

-Experience on the production testing specification definition and methodology

-Technologies:

1) Good knowledge in test technologies of PCBAs and used test equipment (e.g. AOI, ICT, Boundary scan or functional test).

2) Knowledge of analogue and digital measurement technology and the used measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscope)

3) Knowledge in production test system development (HW & SW)

4) Knowledge in schematic reading and function block of PCBA analysis

5) Knowledge of National instruments SW “Labview” development

-Project / Process experience(Variety of Function Areas)

basic industrial corporation operation & quality system

-Intercultural(Variety of Cultures)

Good bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required
