General Purpose:

• Responsible for co-ordinating the RMA activities for China Customers and Consumer
• Ensure a timely response to the RMA requests from CSG
• Assist to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Work with Asian CSG for RMA activities

1. Distributors

   1. Arrange Trucker to pick up the RMA goods at customer warehouses

   2. Input the RMA goods information into Oracle against each RMA number

   3. Report to CSG for any discrepancy and follow up the disposition

2. Individual Consumers

   1. Receive RMA goods by Post or courier parcel

   2. Input the RMA goods information into Oracle against each RMA number

   3. Report to CSG for any discrepancy and follow up the disposition

• Gather information with Engineering team for sorting out the RMA goods

1. Which SKU is what

2. Disposition of each SKU’s – scrap, test, ship to TAO

• Issue work orders for conducting testing for PSUs
• Report the testing result to US for disposition
• Dispose sorted / tested units

1. Ship to TAO or other location co-ordination between Shipping and Customs team

2. Ship to Suppliers’ factory for refurbishment

3. Obtain Scrap approval authorization with US team

4. Arrange Physical scrap with subcontractor

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5 Years of Supply Chain Operations
• Experience in use of ERP systems; Oracle 11i or 12i and Discover reporting desirable
• Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
