Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Logistic Department data key in the Navision system
2. Communicate with vendors, forwarders and warehouse for logistic arrangements to handle full set of documents.
3. Responsible for provide logistic require documentations that instructed by other logistics team member
4. Assist to post (pre-post) invoices in Navision
5. Provide support through detailed reporting for team’s needs.

Requirements:

1. Fresher with college degree major in logistic or 1-2 year’s shipping forwarder or logistic working experience preferred in the import/international area
2. With analytical ability
3. With the interest of system operation with logic thinking
4. Excellent computer skills required (Excel, Word)
5. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written required
