Key Job Functions / 主要工作职能

？ Responsible for annual, quarterly forecast and ad-hoc product costing which includes calculation, review and maintenance of annual labor, overhead, material burden and freight-in rates by clusters by product lines for standard cost roll at year-end and quarterly

？ Analyze and prepare annual raw material and standard cost roll up as part of annual budget and quarterly forecast processes

？ Assist in the compilation of Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast data on annual and quarterly basis for Operations and Business Development/Sales teams. Maintain finalized Annual budget and Quarterly forecast data in Oracle for monthly analysis of actual versus budget and forecast

？ Inventory control and management for Operations. Work closely with Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Store on inventory management. Assist in calculation of quarterly inventory excess and obsolescence (E&O) provision

？ Assist in coordinate and conduct annual physical inventory count for Operations.

？ Work closely with operations team in analyzing margins, purchase price and production variances and other associated operating costs as well as providing cost analysis for Business Development team

？ Support new product team in project costing and cost centre spending analysis to ensure spending within budget

？ Provide support on month-end closing and ad-hoc projects as assigned

？ Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Processes for the tasks performed and ensure continuous efficiency improvement

？ In charge of fixed assets management which includes reviewing Capital Expenditure Requisition to ensure compliance to Corporate policy and approval matrix, follow through from requisition to acquisition of fixed assets, and review & maintain fixed assets register in Oracle

At least 5-6 years of hands-on Costing and Management accounting experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Education 学历

Bachelor Degree with specialization in Costing and Management Accounting or any related discipline

Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities etc.) 专业技能 (知识、技术、能力等…)

？ Good working knowledge of product costing, inventory management, and financial modeling

？ Working experience in Oracle

？ Good interpersonal and communication skills
