Bosch JMP Introduction

JMP (Junior Manager Program) is a global future leader trainee program with 2 years’ national or overseas rotation. It’s different from other trainee programs that we will train you in a specific function and develop you to be a junior manager. This is a great chance for young professional. Besides, we plan the positions due to the future leader demand, thus no worry for the future position after the program and staying in the home company you first entered is recommended.

General requirements:

- Master degree in commercial or technical field.

- Speak and write fluent English (preferable German).

- Around 3 years working experience

- Experience in international environment during study or working.

- Strong communication skills and leadership potential.

- Open-minded, responsible and a good team player.

- Mobile (nationally and internationally).

Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate manufacturing facilities according to production plan and/or Sales plan;

- Check technical requirement for production (layout, work instructions, MTM-Analysis, crono-analysis,tools devices and other production resources);

- Bring critical points related to production and quality management;

- Contribute to manufacturing targets according to company's deadlines;

- Identify and plan the production, installation and servicing processes which direct affect quality and ensure that these processes are carried out under controlled conditions;

- Simulate teamwork projects in order to reduce costs, improve quality and satisfy customer's requirement;

- Review of actions to prevent occurrence if any nonconformities related to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;

- Other missions-tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

- Master degree in mechanical engineering background or related

- Up to 3 years working experience in international automotive parts manufacturing companies of related;

- Gathered experience in international environment during study, internship or working.

- Fluent in English in writing and oral

- Better if good in German
