职位描述

Job Duties:

Supplier Quality System Management(供应商质量体系管理)

® Responsible for implementing the monitoring of production process to supplier, bring & follow up the CAP accordingly.负责对供应商的生产全过程实施监控,提出并跟踪相应整改意见;

® Working with supplier and QC team, to promote product quality and inspection pass rate continuously.与供应商和QC团队一起不断提高产品质量水平和验货通过率;

® Taking part in the inspection activities if need, including PP meeting, in-line and final inspection.根据需要参与相关验货活动,如PP, Inline和final等;

® Visiting factory and preparing the visiting report, making the evaluation in multi-aspect e.g. production capacity, social compliance etc., 根据需要访问工厂并准备相应报告,对工厂做出多方位评估,如产能,社会责任等;

® Dealing with the claim or complaint which vendor related, finding out the solution and follow up the CAP accordingly.处置与工厂相关的投诉和索赔,找出解决方案并跟踪相关整改措施的实施;

® Checking and maintaining all quality document and samples including QC file, approved sample etc., making sure these are under good condition in factory. 检查并维护所有相关质量文件和样品,包括查货资料,确认样等,确保所有资料样品状态完好;

® Training supplier and building the partnership with key supplier based on polyconcept’s requirement.对供应商进行相关培训,根据本公司要求与主要供应商构建良好伙伴关系;

Product Testing(产品测试)

® Conduct some in-house testing for fabric and garment in internal lab;对面料和成衣在内部实验室进行相应测试;

® Coordinate with 3rd lab (ITS, BV, SGS, etc) for external testing on fabric and accessory.协调第三方实验室对面辅料进行外部测试;

® Provide the technical support in testing for factory, customer, merchandiser and BUs.为工厂,客户,业务员和国外BU提供相应技术支持;

® Work with BU and vendor on product testing requirement and plan.与BU及工厂制定相应产品测试要求及测试计划;

® Make sure products totally meet the legal requirement of destination market (EU/US/CAN/SA…), including restricted substance, product safety, labeling, designing, performance etc.,确保产品完全符合目的地市场的各项法规要求,包括有毒有害物质,产品安全,标识,设计,产品性能等方面;

® Will take lead for implementation of audit test periodically & special projects /program like REACH program & others. 定期对产品实施审核测试和专项测试,如REACH 等;

® Complete other tasks assigned by leader. 完成部门领导交办的其他事项


Skill Factors:

-Good communication and presentation skills. Able to translate and communicate technical information to teams, managers and directors as required.

-Clear logical thought and attention to detail.

-Computer- good at MS office e.g. PPT, excel, word…

-College or above. major in garment/textile is preferable

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field (QC/QA/QE)

-Well understanding to production process, social compliance and global legal/regulatory requirement in textile e.g. REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65 etc. and familiarity with all kind of performance testing e.g. colorfastness, shrinkage as well as relevant test method/standard e.g. ISO, AATCC, ASTM, EN…

-Preferably experience in a similar position in a supplier or representative office-Good in English / Mandarin, written & verbal.

Take the most common working hours of employees for example. Most companies now work “9:00am to 5:00pm”. However,the "one-fits-all" working hours are not suitable for all employees.
