Job Responsibilities
? Work with customers and engineering team to define specifications and create the relevant product designs in the assigned projects
? Follow up and trouble-shoot the problems in research, sampling and testing to ensure customer requirements and schedules are met
? Communicate with vendors, sales, manufacturing and quality team to express the needed technical standards, principles and designs
? Be responsible for setting up of manufacturing procedure and provide product technical support by holding pre-production review and discussion.
? Assist in the product and technical design to ensure product specifications are met with international safety & reliability standards
? Maintain the technical documents for BOM, engineering changes, testing procedure

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
? Solid experience in product development of electronic consumer product from design concept to mass production
? Related experience in R&D field is a plus
? Knowledge of various raw materials
? Good knowledge in engineering products to comply with all required quality, safety and certification requirements (e.g. UL, CE, FCC, EMC, ESD, RoHS, etc.).
? Good skills to lead the 3D modeling
? Good communication and problem-solving skills
? Able to work as a team and be proactive and self-initiative
? Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
? Willing to travel in China
? 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics product development
? Strong understanding of product development cycle and cost analysis
? Knowledge of audio and IOT products is preferred
? Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Senior Engineer or Engineer
