• Be responsible for daily process management, including but not limited to compilation and updating process document; Follow up and analyzing statistical data in manufacturing process. Training production staff on manufacturing processes and proving technical support. Manufacturing process trouble shooting;

• Identify, justify and implement cost efficiencies and quality improvement activities through use of new or enhanced technologies, automation and Lean practices;

• Provide strategic support to new and ongoing projects associated with: organization effectiveness, core capabilities development and process development;

• Lead DMAIC process improvement projects;

• Lead process and product development projects on customer demand, and based on evolution of existing products and processes;

任职资格 Qualifications/ Skills：

• Bachelor degree or above with majored in mechanical, equipment automation, manufacturing technology, measurement and metering and other related;

  本科或以上学历，机械、设备自动化、制造技术、测量、计量等相关专业;

• At least 6 years related process management experience in manufacturing & 3 years of mechanical process or automation equipment development experience or related project & process safety management experience.

  6年以上制造业相关工艺制程管理经验，3年机械加工或自动化设备开发经验或相关项目及工艺安全管理经验;

• With independent data processing and making analysis report for more than 5 years;

  具有5年以上的独立的数据处理和进行分析报告的能力;

• Skilled in using of statistics, with more than 6 years of experience in using MSA, SPC，FMEA, APQP, PPAP;

  熟练使用统计工具, 6年以上使用MSA,SPC,FMEA,APQP,PPAP的经验;

• Skilled in common Office software Word, Excel, Powerpoint applications;

  熟练使用常用办公软件如Word、Excel、Powerpoint;

• Fluent in English communication (both written & oral)

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
