The Job

l Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials.

l Coordinate projects of sourcing/localization and working Capital improvement, organize cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track and project deliverables are delivered properly.

l Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list.

l Lead supplier management activities, supplier performance evaluation, contract management (negotiate, create, maintain & enforce), purchasing policy and procedure rollout and execution.

l Improve the process of procurement, lead cross-functional teams to work together, and optimize the procurement process, procurement strategy, and evaluation and carry out the strategy, constantly improving and optimizing.

l Responsible for evaluating suppliers and certification, management and appraisal, targeted to make corresponding purchasing strategy, establishing stable suppliers.

l Develop new suppliers and to improve the delivery time and quality of existing suppliers.

l Responsible for the purchasing cost and quality control, error estimates place or material overdue situation, and make decisions.

l Responsible for procurement staff pre-service training and on-the-job training, and organize the inspection.

The Incumbent

l Bachelor degree or above.

l 10 years’+ experience in Purchasing, Procurement or a Direct Material Management related field, experience in the foreign capital enterprise purchasing managers will be a plus.

l Proficient in supply chain management professional knowledge, have rich resources industry suppliers.

l Be familiar with electronic material, metal, plastic household appliances, the characteristics of fever, such as electronic materials, procurement channels.

l Be familiar with the process of bidding and purchasing, supplier evaluation, evaluation, familiar with related quality system standard.

l Good department within and across departments of organization and coordination ability, interpersonal skills, team cooperation ability.

l Rich sense of responsibility and good professional ethics, have good logical thinking ability and ability to negotiate with the suppliers.

l Proficient in both Chinese and English.
