Specific Skills

• Minimum 8 years solid factory experience in Quality Management
• Obtained QA/QC related certificate and qualification is preferable.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Supervise and lead a QC team in China.
• Be proactive in identifying production problems and be able to resolve problems through internal channels.

• Strong product sense with good technical knowledge is an advantage.
• An excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua) is a must.
