Responsibilities

1. Oversee the implementation and coordination of technology use and support across all departments of the school;
2. Provide end users support including: solving IT issues relating to desktop/laptop/iPad, printers, networking, server and troubleshooting software problems such as operating system and office application;
3. Provide IT services support and end user training such as office365 (OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Mail, Calendar, etc.);
4. Maintenance school website;
5. Manage PowerSchool student information system, data backup and student reports;
6. Follow the instructions from headquarter and lead IT teams to provide high standard quick support;
7. Coordinate and provide basic support on related teaching on-line systems;
8. Maintenance IT related asset, recording and updating;
9. Perform other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as assigned;
10. Further develop and monitor the implementation of a 3-5 year IT plan for school related tech; for systems management, hardware, software, and all necessary services;
11. Run regular “Needs assessment” and survey users to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

1. Interest in supporting the intellectual growth and international mindedness of students;
2. University graduate in Information Technology, Computer science or equivalent;
3. At least 2 years working experience in related environment of IT industry or school;
4. Experienced in Linux & Microsoft Infrastructure, System Administrator and Networking Management;
5. Knowledge of desktop management and Microsoft Office and Apple devices;
6. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
7. English/Mandarin bilingual proficiency;
8. Professional verbal and written communication skills;
9. Able to work independently, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
10. Experience in a Western workplace preferred.

    深圳市南山中英文学校创建于1999年7月。学校占地面积2.9万平方米，位于著名的华侨城风景区，毗邻“世界之窗”，交通便利，环境优美。学校现有学生2000余人（其中港澳台和外籍学生500余人），教职员工300余人（其中外教50余人），已成为从小学到高中十二年一贯制的基础教育基地。

学校“浸入式双语教育改革实验”课题被列为深圳市教育研究十一五重点课题，在这一课题的引领下，学校的双语教育研究正在蓬勃发展，如今中小学教育已经形成了“融合东西方文化，走双语教育道路”的独特教育风格。从初中开始，就设计完成国家规定的“义务教育基础课程”和“剑桥国际课程”的两套教学课程体系。由来自全国各地和世界各地的优秀中外教师强强联手，坚持中国传统教育特色，开展丰富多彩的文化活动，营造浓郁的双语氛围，借助传统文化和国际性的课程设置，努力打造多元化、国际化的学习乐土，培养具有良好道德品质、健全人格特征、自信自强、乐学善学的未来世界人才。

我校高中执行英国剑桥考试委员会（CIE）研制开发的IGCSE和A-LEVEL国际课程体系。IGCSE（普通中等教育证书）是专门为中四和中五（相当于国内高一、高二）学生设计的课程体系。A-LEVEL（普通教育高级证书）是与IGCSE直接衔接的高级程度课程。学生可凭A-LEVEL成绩直接报读全世界160多个国家和地区的上万所大学。2011年，我校首届高中毕业生全部入读英国、美国、加拿大以及中国香港等国家和地区世界排名前50名大学。

实践证明，把我们主要的注意力除主课程之外分一部分给艺术和体育，再分一部分给社会实践，我们的教育就趋向于完整了。让孩子们从小进入文化艺术与体育的时间越早，层面越广泛，越有利于他们合作能力、想象力和创造力的形成。学校开办了艺术培训中心，跆拳道训练基地，每年举办艺术节、体育节、科技节、双语节等，为培养孩子们的艺术修养、增强特色体育素养。除此以外，学校开展形式多样的社会实践活动，让学生走进社会，认读社会，培养他们的社会责任感。2011年，我们启动了交换生项目，与澳洲布里斯班的两所学校分别建立了姊妹学校，让学生走出国门感悟异域文化提供了便利条件，这也是学校丰富多彩的办学形式之一。
