Position Description

? Provide technical support in modernization environment including hardware and software

? Deliver professional IT service to customer on call and on site

? Fix user’s incident with the sense of urgency

? Troubleshoot issues and Document IT knowledge

? Drive technology innovation/improvement to make work more efficiency

? Analysis root cause of incident and trigger problem management

? IT asset management (e.g. laptop, VC, printer)

? Connect with Vendor for outsourcing IT services

? Facilitate training of IT initiatives and tips

Minimum Qualifications;

? Fluency in English writing & speaking

? Hands-on experience on IT clients, server and network

? Strong Software Knowledge (e.g. OS, Cisco application, Mobile, Cloud)

? Good communication and presentation skill

? Learn and gain IT knowledge quickly and willing to share

Additional Preferred Qualifications

? Certificate of MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, PMP
