1.1 Collect the related test documents such as test procedures and circuit diagram. 收集与测试相关的资料。
1.2 Estimate the Test NRE Cost. 估算测试 NRE 成本。
1.3 Design the testers according to the test procedures. 根据测试程序设计测架。
1.4 Wiring and assembling fixtures. 测架的焊接、连线、测试板组装。
1.5 Debugging testers. 调试测架。
1.6 Failures analysis. 产品失效分析。
1.7 Prepare NPI reports. 制作NPI报告
1.8 Prepare PFMEA report. 制作PFMEA报告
1.9 Prepare test instructions. 制作测试指引。

任职要求：
1. Familiar with test process, proficient in test plan design.熟悉测试流程，精通测试方案设计。
2. Master the use and control of the test signal generator etc, understand the communication protocols such as GPIB, TCP/IP, USB, RS232 .掌握测试信号发生器等仪器的使用和控制，了解GPIB,TCP/IP,USB,RS232等通讯协议。
3. Proficient in circuit analysis.懂电路分析。
4. Can read and writ English. listened and spoken English is preferred.能读写英文。会听说英语者优先。
5. Security or RF testing experience is preferred有安防或RF测试经验者优先。
