ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve components direct sourcing activities in a daily base and maintain library samples in systematic format.
• Transform our US, UK and WM Card attachment/tip-on/material on request into action plan, and provide leadership, direction and motivation to achieve targets.
• Provide quality service in price negotiation technique, manufacture process knowledge and material safety knowledge.
• Set up and maintain proper data base in QB system according to corporate standards
• Handle other day-to-day operation activities with Sourcing Team.
• Prepare weekly reports and meeting.
• Travel to source for new items.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years purchasing, customer service or production planning experience; Printing factory and/or packaging industry will be preferred
• Good communication skills with internal customers and vendors
• Hard working and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English
