Responsibilities:

- Production technique: production process fixing; New machine management; Machinery technical issues, including automation and lean manufacturing； Train operator for all new machine, device, tooling; Plan control for repairing of supplier support; Optimizing process, cost reduction, workstation environment

- Production Preparation: Continue, new, changed production; Construction devices; Cooperate I-plan, work- station design, optimize production arrangement; Instruction card for work- station and machinery

- First Sample Production: Supervise the production for new items/projects

- Maintenance of Machinery: Guarantee of availability of machinery and devices are in good working condition; Maintenance for all machinery and devices, facility; Planning and controlling for preventive machinery; Controlling and checking security items of machinery; Removing of wrong handling of machinery, advising of the workers; Order of spare parts.

- Other general engineering task

Requirement:

1. At least undergraduate, majored in Engineering, Machinery or other relevant discipline

2. At least 5-year working experience in the same position in a foreign company

3. Mature, smart and pro-active, can work under pressure

4. Holder of Engineer Qulification Certificate

5. Fluent in English both written and oral, can communicate with foreigner smoothly
