Objectives:

This position primarily focus on company’s marketing deployment activities in China and the rest of APCP. The candidate will work within the marketing team and report to the Team Lead. He/she will assist to prepare and implement online/offline marketing development strategy plan via all touch points, including but not limited to: exhibitions, events, medias, website, social media… The candidate will also assist to support sales activities within the frame of Marketing.

This position is based in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate to the implementation of marketing deployment plans (e.g. exhibitions, seminars, sales support, newsletters, websites, social media, logo and VIS design, advertising, direct/web marketing), and to sustain Marketing Communication purposes as well;

2. Participate to perform Marketing intelligence as well as Sales supporting and training;

3. Develop and maintain relationship with related industries participants, to promote BMZ brand and services in an effective and efficient way.

4. Conducting and overseeing the production of marketing materials like brochure, catalogue, leaflet, billboard, video, banner ads to ensure brand ID compliance, in collaboration with advertising, direct marketing and/or marketing research vendors;

5. Managing daily operation of corporate websites, WeChat ,Weibo and LinkedIn, including the platform update, maintenance and development;

6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and other departmental responsibilities as assigned;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;

2. At least one year equivalent experience in Marketing or a related fields;

3. Strong written skill in both Chinese and English;

4. Experienced in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

5. Excellent presentation and communications skills;

6. Hands on experience in Photoshop, InDesign or CorelDraw is preferred;

7. Great attention to details;

8. Critical thinking with customer-focused business sensibility;

9. Highly developed facilitation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

10. Knowledge of Electrics, New Energies, Batteries is highly preferred;
