As a recruiter, you will be supporting all stages of the recruiting life cycle to assist hiring for all product groups of our technical center. You must be delivery- focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for:

- Lead the job requisition process with hiring manager

- Manage the searching channels for target candidates

- CV screen and conduct interviews with qualified candidates

- Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer letter generation

- Employee offer letter preparation and status tracking

- Liaise with employment agent for new hires notification and employee social insurance transfer

- Be involved in various stages of candidate attraction strategies

- Partnering and developing relationships with business partners to achieve staffing goals

- Closely interaction with line managers and provide the professional suggestion for hiring solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in related industry (MNC, Auto) , experience in agency would be a plus

- Fluent in both written and oral English

- Tech recruiting preferred with proven success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
