Job description

? Work with Senior QA to improve the quality management system
? Coordinate with 3rd party company for test, evaluate the test result
? Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet company quality standards （80%-90%）
- Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) on materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
? Quality documentation check and assortment
? Quality inspection coordination
? Track the new updates of electric product standards for EU market
? Participate in shadow inspection with 3rd party.
? Quality inspection （10%-20%）
? Follow up on production status.
? Write quality control reports.
? Evaluate factories based on possible and/or actual production issues.
? Assist the team to check for non-compliance in the factories with regards to quality, signed agreements, CSR and more.
? Assist the team in delivering quality products on time through control.
? Assist the team to settle claims.


Requirements

? At least 2-3 years of working experience from testing lab or Quality control at a 3rd party Inspection Company or buying office
? Basic understanding of the consumer perspective.
? Basic experienced in use of consumer electronics.
? Experience in product test and quality control of electronics
? Experience from inspecting electronic and electrical products.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
? Knowledgeable about the testing standards for different products.
? Quality oriented.
? Well organized and interested in detailed work.
? Used to work under pressure and with tight dead-lines.
? Some English skills with emphasis on reading and writing.
? Oral English communication will be an advantage.
? Willing to travel and to spend longer periods of time in factories.
? Knowledgeable regarding inspection standard such as AQL.
? Knowledgeable in standards specific to the European market, such as LVD, EMC, R&TTE, MD, RoHS and REACH.
