1. 职责：

1. 招标经理完成:

1. 项目方案编制、招标文件编制；

1. 文件全套、技术标及相关文件收集保管

1. 投标单位约谈地点及时间，并通知各相关部门及人员准时参加；

1. 会议前期准备工作和开标评标工作

1. 上级交办的其他相关工作。

1. 要求：

1. 熟练操作各种办公软件。

1. 精通英语, 有良好的文字组织能力。

1. 大专及以上学历，造价专业优先但不是必须的.

Job responsibility:

1. Assist the procurement manager in bidding process and document preparing.

1. Take care of all related bidding document in place and in order

1. Arrangement bidder meetings and timely ordinate all relevant personnel and seniors to attend.

1. Take care of biding preparation, bid opening and assessment

1. Other related issues assigned by senior levels.

Job qualification

1. Familiar with Microsoft office （Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Project）or other relevant software

1. ？Fluent in both oral and written English

1. Background in cost estimation is preferred but not mandatory
