The purpose of this position is to initiate, qualify, pursue and close new business with target organizations to meet or exceed pre-agreed upon production revenue goals within Shenzhen area. It is also responsible for, but not limited to, managing client satisfaction, retention and delivering profitable revenue growth for accounts. The client developer will work with a base of clients and prospects, growing and developing those accounts over time to multi-line of business relationships.

- Develop new client relationships 积极开拓新客户关系
- Identify, qualify and sell going-big and going-global solutions with target prospect and client accounts 识别确定目标客户群体，并且就民营企业和国有企业发展壮大以及全球化战略解决方案进行市场拓展
- Work with the LOBs on market-level go-to-market initiatives such as sales campaigns 与各事业线合作，进行深圳及周边市场范围内各类型市场销售活动
- Partner with the LOBs to develop products and solutions to meet complex client needs; utilize best-in-front LOB resources to maximize opportunities 与各事业线合作，发展中国企业产品方案来满足客户需求，利用各事业线资源将机会实现最大化
- Lead discussions of going-global related topics that lead to insights and actions 发起中国企业走出去全球化战略相关话题
- Find opportunities to work with government, other partner firm in local market, industry and client events 挖掘和政府及其他专业机构合作的机会，共同举办活动。

Requirements- 任职要求
- BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred 本科及以上学历
- 8+ years of sales management or proven B2B solutions sales capabilities to develop strategic partnership with different channel 8年以上销售管理经验，在HR咨询领域有相关经验优先考虑，或者B2B解决方案销售管理经验，能有效开发深圳本土各类渠道和渠道建立良好战略关系的能力
-Deep understanding of the challenges that Chinese enterprises face 就中国企业发展战略中所面临的人力资源方面的挑战具有一定的理解
