职位描述：
1. 积极拓展客户资源，并与客户保持良好合作及互动，带领团队以更好完成租赁工作目标。
2. 协助客户办理租房手续，负责项目现场提供服务咨询、推广等事务。
3. 客户信息统计、梳理、向上级呈交。
4. 负责有效解决、处理客户投诉、现场突发事件和各种问题，必要时参与问题客户的谈判，在权限范围内协助成交；
5. 协助各项营销推广活动的组织与实施工作。

岗位要求：

1. 市场营销、房地产管理等相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 形象气质佳，具有良好的谈判、沟通及协调能力，且有一定的团队管理能力；
3. 深入了解地产行业市场特点，有项目全程操盘经验和成功案例；
