岗位职责（网店美工-亚马逊、淘宝/产品后期/会摄影优先）：

1、负责淘宝店铺的整体风格规划设计、装修和美化；

2、负责淘宝及亚马逊商品图片的后期处理和编辑排版；

3、负责宣传图片、促销图片、促销页面和活动专题图片的设计与制作；

4、网店风格及商品展示设计，结合商品的特性制作成图文并茂、有美感、有吸引购买力的描述模板

5、对产品卖点进行深入挖掘，研究潜在客户的需求，产生共鸣的事件，导向情感的方法，进行直观、感性、富有吸引力的描述，并注重商品卖点文字的提炼与润色,从而提高店铺商品的转化率；

6、对产品进行编辑、优化，使商品描述实现多样化，内容化，品牌化，提升消费者购物欲；

此职位是全职，需要到公司坐岗（美工公司及团队，请勿打扰，谢谢)

任职要求：

1、介绍相关熟悉的工具并附带自己以前工作过的优秀作品或案例，先发到我司邮箱，亦可带作品到司来详谈。

2、男女不限，最低学历大专，有淘宝、天猫网店美工 1年以上工作经验 ，懂摄影优先

3、具有良好的创意构思能力和优异的综合视觉把握能力，对商业平面设计有敏锐的洞察力；

4、需要有简单的英语基础，或英语4级

5、有较强的创意思维能力和创新精神，对创意、设计充満激情；

6、对图片调色，构图、修图，拼图非常熟练；

7、具有熟练操作各类图片处理软件的技能(如：Photoshop、Dreamweaver、Flash、Coreldraw、3DMAX、AI)；

8、要有扎实的美术功底、丰富的想象力和良好的创造力；

9、本身是学美术类/平面设计类或者是广告类、摄影类的相关专业。具有一定的文字、文案功底。

10、对互联网有较深见解，熟悉网络传播特点。
