职位描述

Key Responsibilities
1. Order process management.
2. Monitor and communicate any issues to appropriate associates (including on hold situation …)
  - Ad hoc urgent shipment tracking
  - Prepare, co-ordinate and manage Letter of Credit documents requirements for bank
     negotiation
  - Work with Planners on delivery schedules
  - Work with Logistics and Warehouse(s) to prioritize orders for timely delivery when applicable; special shipping/labelling instructions by customers, etc.
3. Set up, implement, manage and support E-commerce.
4. Maintain Standard Price List including monitoring of long term contractual pricing agreements for discounts, commissions, etc).
5. Create and manage BA, Debit Notes (freight), Credit Notes, Invoicing where required.
6. Data integrity maintenance.
7. Represent Sales to handle external auditors’ enquiries and participate in plant ISO audit (if any).
8. Drive OTC process improvements and development of new processes.
9. Drive resolution to customer complaints on issues relating to logistics and warehousing.

Expectation
1. College or University graduated;
2. At least 2-3 years solid customer order process experience in MNC;
3. backgroundCandidate with electronic industries exposure is an advantage;
4. Good English skills.
