Position Scope/Objectives:

Be responsible for monitoring compliance related activities onsite or offsite as scheduled, work with internal and external team to follow up any issue happened during testing and inspection, make sure clear and accurate report in place, help manager to review the implementation and make certain summary for management review.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand overall quality flow and work with manager to set working instruction or guidelines for both internal and external quality related operation.

2. Work with consigned company for related quality service and monitor the timeline and performance.

3. Review inspection and/or testing report and keep good filing in the system.

4. Monitor implementation of compliance related activities.

5. Communicate failure or abnormal finding to related team and follow up CAP.

6. Record findings and generate analytical report for management review, support to identify recurring quality issues.

7. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

1. College graduated or above.

2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position to handle quality inspection or testing follow up.

Competencies:

1. Detail-oriented, proactive and responsive.

2. Strong spirit of teamwork.

3. Good communication skills

4. Good analytical skill.

Communication Level and Computer Literacy:

1. Competent English both in written and reading.

2. Proficient on Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
