岗位职责：

1. 供应商开发、询价、比价，采购订单处理及进度跟踪。Supplier development, RFQ, price comparison, purchase order processing and status follow-up.

2. 订单交期确认及跟催，与船务协调出货时间。Order delivery confirmation and follow-up, and coordinate with shipping for the shipping time.

3. 和供应商谈判协调，争取和延长付款账期。Negotiate with suppliers and extend the payment term.

4. 负责供应商的付款申请，配合财务确认付款日期。Responsible for the supplier's payment application, work with the finance for the payment date

5. 供应商日常管理、年度供应商绩效评估等。Supplier management, annual supplier performance evaluation.

6. 其他相关采购工作。Other related procurement work.

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，3- 5年以上相关采购工作经验。College degree or above, 3-5 years relevant working experience in purchasing.

2. 熟练使用Word,、Excel等办公软件，能略懂机械零件行业工程图纸。Skilled use of Word, Excel and other office applications, can understand mechanical engineering drawings for industry parts

3. 具有外发经验，熟悉五金、铸造、电镀、钣金及零部件外发及采购能力。With outsourcing experience, familiar with metal, casting, electroplating, sheet metal and parts outsourcing and procurement capabilities.

4. 具备良好的谈判技巧、沟通能力和成本核算能力。Have good negotiation and communication skills. Clear mind in cost accounting skills

5. 英语讀寫良好。Good in English reading and writing.
