®负责质量体系程序的建立和维护

Responsible for Quality system procedure setup & maintenance

®主导公司内外部审核，确保实施改善措施的及时性和有效性等

Lead internal & external audit, ensure corrective action on time closure and verify the efficiency of the actions (listed below but not limited)

®质量系统审核

Quality system audit

®处理审核

Process audit

®客户审核等

Customer oriented audit etc

®通过审核活动推动质量的持续改进Drive continuous improvement via each quality audit activities

®创建和维护全球质量网络，建立公司质量基准及协调部署 (包括但不限于)

Create & maintain global quality network, setup company bench mark & coordinate the deployment on (listed below but not limited)

®质量政策的实施

®Quality policy deployment

®5S管理

5S management

®可视化管理

Visual management etc

®开发质量工具及管理相关知识和培训

Develop quality tools and manage for quality knowledge/tools training

®建立和维护公司质量技术

Establish & maintain company quality knowhow

®管理文件控制中心的日常运作

Take charge of daily operation of Document Control Center;

职位要求 Position Requirements

®教育背景 Education Background

University graduated or above

®工作经验 Working Experience

3 年或以上外资企业品质体系推行经验

Over 3 years experience of quality system establishment in foreign enterprise.

®专业知识 Professional Skills

熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949 体系标准，通晓体系建立和维护，熟悉内外审核的程序和步骤.

Be familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 standard; know establishment and maintenance of quality management system; strong capability to follow internal and external audit system and process.

®语言能力 Language Ability

中英文流利

Good command on both Mandarin & English.

®其它 Others

良好的沟通技巧，了解5S，持续改进，8D，QRQC者优先考虑

Good communication skill, Be familiar with 5S management, KAIZEN, 8D, QRQC is a plus

所需才能及标准 Competence & Criteria Required

®内部审核员证书；

Possessor of ISO9001/TS16949 internal auditor certification

®具备清晰的工作思路;

With clear work thoughts;
