• Develop credit proposals (including writing credit reports) and monitor credit risks on an ongoing basis.

• Serve as an effective intermediary between internal product groups and supporting units and external clients so as to achieve annual business targets, maximize DBS’ share of clients’ wallet and cross-selling ratio.

• Initiate meeting requests and make business propositions to prospect clients at senior level

• Coach junior team members, undertake other assignments and projects as appropriate.

• Manage and ensure risk of the business is within tolerable level especially NPL risk.

Job Requirments

• University graduate, major in Economic, Banking, Finance or Accounting. MBA preferable.

• At least 8 years experience in FI and client relationship management and 4-5 years experience in coverage of insurance companies in China.

• In-depth knowledge of NBFI sectors especially in insurance segment.

• Sound knowledge of products for financial institutions.

• Familiar with China policies and regulations.

• Strong credit skills and fluency in written and oral presentations in English.
