职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1) Support AP Manager to ensure that all procurement objectives / budgets are met including short, medium and longer term goals.
2) Identify New Suppliers for Warehousing, Delivery, Reverse Logistics, Non Core Service providers ( Tape Media transportation /Relocation Services / Mail Room Services / Record Retention / Scrap Movement and Services & Adhoc Services).
3) Prepare SOW , T&Cs , Fair value Analysis, Present to Customers, Get Approvals, Change Management Request preparation and justification, Contract in place and Supplier Management.
4) Work closely with Business Solutions, Procurement, Finance and all other stake holders to achieve customer satisfaction in terms or services, rates, contract management and execution.
5) Actively works with the Global Procurement Manager and Regional Country Leaders in setting clear RFQ plan & objectives to achieve the above mentioned planning goals.
6) Support AP Procurement Manager with strategizing negotiation approach with all the suppliers to achieve the desired pricing in respective countries.
7) Work on assigned key projects; provide solutions and quotations for NEW customers by interacting with all the countries involved in the project.
8) Keep good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s/ University degree in Supply Chain Management along with any Professional Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM ) /Chartered Institue for Purchase & Supply (CIPS) / Certified Professional Purchasing Consultant (CPPC) or any other similar certifications would be an advantage.
2) At Least five years’ work experience in supplier management or sourcing.
3) Experience in procurement of contract logistics services in Greater China.
4) Able to speak, read and write English fluently as applicable to a Buyer.
5) Good communication and presentation skill.
6) Good team spirit.
