SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for leading internal departments to manage new product development stages from product concept design to golden samples

• Manage and coordinate product development projects

• Coordinate with Sales Department to understand market trends and client requirement

• Work with internal departments on any technical or quality issues and to define the solutions

• Ensure product meet the regional regulatory requirements

• Maintain product documentations for internal and external use and in a systematic way

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• The position does not require physical effort. This position is not subject to Occupational Health and Safety Risks.

• The position requires extensive travel.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree holder in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline

• Engineering knowledge is a plus

• At least 5 years experience in Product Management of Fridge or refrigeration system appliances
• Sound knowledge in Fridge or refrigeration appliances and relevant regulatory requirements

• Smart, presentable with good communication and project management skills, positive and proactive personality & able to work under pressure

• Result-oriented with good analytical skills and able to work cross-team to drive common goals

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent communication, organization, planning skills
