1. Reduce customer complaints by manages customer issues: leading the investigation and formulation of corrective actions inside or outside the factory;
2. Creates a professional FA report for every customer complain;
3. Provide onsite customer support for urgent issues required by customers;
4. Analyzes product performance data to understand what the product issues and solicit corrective actions from related functions;
5. Continually seek to understand the customer feedback and drive improvement of processes inside the factory;
6. Provide lesson learnt to ENG and participate in activity of NPI team;
- At least 3 years experiences working in quality manage area or customer quality, major OEM product accounts;
- Familiarity in electronics manufacturing process;
- Familiar with all quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA. etc;
- Fluent in both written and oral English communication;
- With pro-active attitude and ability to well communicating with external and internal customers.
