Working Experience:
Work experience in multinational companies at least 8+ years project, project management 5+ years.
Education:
Bachelor´s degree; mechanical engineering, plastics related, Electronic & Electric, marketing.
Languages:
Good /very good written and spoken English. Fluent in Mandarin;
Main responsibilities:
1. Managing project organisation and projects at our factory & US team.
2. Follow up and manage the established projects results
3. Initiate and develop proposal/solution for potential business
4. Co-operate closely with cross function team both USA and CN such as: marketing team, Quality team, Engineering, Procurement
5. Run the group of skilled engineers and NPD managers on supplier side, while at the same time be a communicator towards the groups other units i.e. US.
6. Have a understanding of solution creation based project business, as well as an ability to make things happen in a fast changing environment
7. have the basic ability to act as a local account to cost down at any opportunity.

Job Requirements:
1. >8 years working experience.
2. at Least 5 years project management experience.
3. proven track record in project management
4. Experience of matrix organisations
5. insight into cost calculation principles and basic business figures
6. Experience of plastic injection moulding and tooling or Electronic & Electric.
7. Experience of Beauty product, Humidifier and Air Cleaner are preferred.
