岗位职责：

1.负责公司线上线下活动策划工作，包括但不限于活动预算制定、活动方案策划、活动流程把控执行，活动总结报告输出；

2.负责市场调研摸底、数据分析工作，并对公司销售转化率负责；

3.负责渠道对接、市场推广工作；

4.其他上级交办的任务。

任职要求：

1.爱小孩，善良正直；
2.大专及以上学历，市场、教育、数学相关专业优先， 具备2年以上市场拓展、分析工作经验；具备教育行业市场相关工作经验优先；
3.具备渠道开发、活动组织、数据分析能力；
4. 形象气质佳，沟通能力佳，执行力强。

薪资组成：底薪+绩效+业绩提成
